Rules And Regulations

1. We ask all members of the group to e-mail me if you will be attending the group or not
2. If you do not send me an E-mail if you are coming or not I will assume you will not be coming
3. Anybody who comes unexpectedly will be asked to leave unless in current conditions
4. We ask all members of the group to be polite during a meeting and to not put others down
5. I ask all members to say their actual opinion on the fansite etc.
6. All meetings will be held in the World Tree
7. If unexpectedly I cannot make it the member who has came to the most meetings will be the leader
8. No lying about the fansite that we are talking about
9. Any arguments over a fansite will result in a vote or poll
10. Any bad behavior will result in 3 strikes
Strike 1- Be banned from the meeting
Strike 2- Be banned from the meeting and the next 2 following
Strike 3- Banned Forever
11. If you show up when not allowed I will automatically ask you to leave the meeting
12. I please ask you to leave the group if you are banned forever which is rare of happening
13. I forgot to say server vampire area 1
14. Most meetings will last 15 to 45 minutes
15. If you have to leave because of an emergency please tell me that you are leaving before you exit the meeting
16. Don't take these rules so seriously that you will be walking up calling me sir I want you guys to have fun but also get down to the point

I will give an email to ALL the members of the group with Date Time Server and if needed Place. I will check and see who will come and who will not if I don't get a reply from anyone well you can read the rules and regulations about it I believe its #1 #2 #3 This is our first meeting so I will ignore these but in future meetings and even now please try to remember
