We all want to show off our characters on Wizard101…but how? You can take pictures “in-game” while you play! Now you can show everyone that great gear you have or all the awesome stuff in your new house.
We all want to show off our characters on Wizard101…but how? You can take pictures “in-game” while you play! Now you can show everyone that great gear you have or all the awesome stuff in your new house.
HERE’S HOW!
To take a picture or screenshot:
- While in the game, press Alt+PrtScn buttons. This captures the picture you want.
- Press Alt+Tab to toggle your desktop.
- Start “Paint” or similar image application.
- Select “New” image file. This is where you will add the picture you just took!
- Press Ctrl+V or “paste” the clipboard content into your open image program.
- Save the file in a safe.
There is another way that has just a FEW more steps.
- While playing Wizard101, press the Print Screen button. It may say Prt Scr on your keyboard.
- You will see a message that says the picture was captured.
- DONE!
To find your new screenshots, follow these steps:
- Go to your desktop and select “My Computer”.
- Look for the drive that you installed the game on. Usually the C drive.
- You should see a folder called “KingsIsle Entertainment” - click on this.
- Under that should be the “Wizard101″ folder - click on this.
- Click on the “Bin” folder that you see next.
- This is the folder that all of your screenshots should be in.
- Look for a picture titled like this: Picture 2009-06-27 09-49-40
- You can copy or move your pictures from here.
