How Wizards Stay Connected! *my.diaryofawizard.com*
First off, Happy New Year. Second, this post is on new worlds that have been said in the game, like Polaris and Avalon, along with the worlds announced in Wysteria. I've been thinking about the worlds and what information was given that can help decide what it is about.
I actually have a pretty good guess on the worlds and I hope you agree...
Mirage
Info given: Nalia Dunestrider and her description of the world, which is a 'mysterious oasis in the sands.'
Prediction:
Looking from her appearance and what she has said, it's obviously the world is based on Arabian culture. If you notice what she is, she is actually a persian cat. That tells us about some of the creatures we might see, and Wysteria itself might tell us what to see. Wysteria was a three-area world, and that might be sort of a new side world line, like ghrizzlehiem is a storyline itself. If Wysteria is a starting line for a new side story, likely Mirage is a three-area world that is a breeze for higher levels.
Wierwood
Info given: Some of the Pegasus Place storyline
Prediction:
It is clearly shown that fairies and goblins are the people we'll face. Also, it shows that the goblins are our likely enemies. The name obviously gives away that this is a forest world, and the creatures themselves may also give a clue to the world also. Fairies and goblins are comming in European mythology, and I have a guess that this will be based up Irish mythology or another European culture. The fairies likely have a school of their own, hence their competition in the tornament and pop culture telling of Fairy Schools (EX: Wink Club, Tinker Bell, etc.) The Goblins we seen are red instead of the usual green color we usually see, and it's likely the Goblins will be like told being increadibly well in technology, like blacksmithing. Like said above, Wierwood could be be a three-area world.
Empyrea
Info given: Mentioned in Wysteria along with a sky-squid; mentioned in level 68 myth questline
Prediction:
I was giving this a lot of thought on what is was, based on what was seen. I was so surprised when Curus mentioned the world, telling me to summon the basilisk in the skies of empyrea, and then saying I haven't been there yet. This tells me that Empyrea is a sky world, and the name was unique. Then it hit me, it all makes sense: the name, Cyrus mentioning it and it being it the sky. I was thinking on it and I connected that Empyrea looks a lot like Empire, and then it all fit in. Empyrea is based on Greek mythology (he he, KI does read the Wizard101 Feedback section of Wizard101 Central). It would make sense why Cyrus knows about it, and it could be next in Morganthe's storyline is Cyrus said that we haven't been there yet, and the skies he was talking about might be Mt. Olympus. I'm stumped on the Sky-squid part, it might be Poseidon's pet that KI thought would be amusing to put in. It's likely that this world will be seen late this year.
Polaris
Info Given: Just its name
Prediction:
I got this information ALL from its name. Polaris is also the name of the North Star, which then unraveled more into what the world is. I watch a popular History Channel show known as Ancient Aliens, which is also based upon a popular theory that I believe in, known as The Ancient Astroaught Theory. Basically, the show and the theory is told that long ago in Humanity's past that Aliens have helped advance our race's lives and were mistaken as gods shown in mythology around the world (go on and laugh and call it stupid). In the History Channel show, it was told that the alien's home planet is located in Polaris, so that can give us a lot. Long story short, the world could be home to an ancient civilization that has visited many worlds long ago. This would be part of the current main story arc.
Avalon
Info Given: Just its name
Prediction: Again, this is easy to know by its name. Avalon is from the stories of Camelot, King Arthur, and Merlin. This also dives deeper into our headmaster and Morganthe. Ambrose is actually based on Merlin to tell you all (his loading code is Merlin instead of Ambrose BTW), and Morganthe is based on Morgan le Fay, Merlin's half-sistr who was very evil. The story of Avalon tells that when King Arthur died, he was sent to Avalon as his resting place, and I heard that is where King Arthur will rise again. It's likely this time where we FINALLY defeat Morganthe.
That is what I predict the worlds told will be based on, but I wanted to also put down what I think the story will likely be.

Mirage: After winning the Spiral Cup, it is time to have the tournament again, but after Ambrose has to forfill a favor to a headmaster he knows of, the tournament is moved to Mirage, a world with amazing architecture and ravaging thieves. The tournament is put on hold because of a string of thefts connected, and then your put in to stop it.
Wierwood: The world is home to the fairies, located in the dense forests, the Dwarves who made home in the highlands, and the Goblins located in an iron fortress town. The tournament is held here, then trouble brews which then puts it on hold AGAIN.
Empyrea: Home to the wise owls, the fiesty rams, and some mythological creatures, the citizens of the world worshipped a band of mighty wizards as gods. Soon, Morganthe arrives to the world, and you can guess what happens next.
Polaris: Here lives the oldest civilization in the spiral. The highly advanced race used their magic to help others in far off worlds. While the world is advanced, it is loyal to magic by studying rare parts of magic in shrines and temples, and Morganthe is after something that the race has.
Avalon: I'm not informed too well to put in what I think the storyline will be like.
